At Vaival Solutions, we continuously enhance our ERP solutions to improve compliance, performance, and decision-making support. This month, we are pleased to share important updates across the ERP Web App and Fiscal Analiz Mobile App.

ERP Web App

a. Graphs on Collection Reports along with Excel Sheet Details Report

We have added interactive graphs to collection reports, supported by detailed Excel sheets. This improvement makes it easier to visualize outstanding amounts and analyze receivables more efficiently.

b. Live Chat Support Updated on ERP System

Live chat support has been upgraded within the ERP system, enabling users to instantly connect with our support team for quick assistance.

c. Graphs on Payment Reports

Payment reports now include graphical representations, helping businesses better understand their cash outflows.

e. PO Reference on OGP

Purchase Order references are now visible on Outward Gate Pass (OGP), improving traceability of goods dispatch.

f. New Dispatch Order Qty Updated According to Dispatched Qty

Dispatch Order quantities now automatically update based on actual dispatched quantities, ensuring accurate tracking.

g. Right-Based Impact on ERP System

User rights (Add, Edit, Delete) are now fully operational across the ERP system, allowing businesses to maintain stricter access control.

h. Ledger Balance on SI and Multi-Class Select on Profit & Loss Report

Ledger balances are now visible on Sales Invoices, while the Profit & Loss report supports multi-class selection for deeper financial analysis.

i. Sale & Purchase Reports

Sale and purchase reports have been improved with greater detail, providing management with stronger insights into business performance.

j. Multi-Tax on Payments & Receipts

The system now supports multiple tax structures on payments and receipts, enabling accurate financial and tax compliance.

k. DO Listing on SO

Dispatch Orders are now listed directly on Sales Orders, improving order tracking and delivery management.

l. Charts on Sale, Purchase Cycle & Purchase Tax Register

We have introduced charts on the sale cycle, purchase cycle, and purchase tax register, giving management a clearer view of financial trends.

B) Fiscal Analiz Mobile App

a. Latest UI

The mobile app has been upgraded with a modern, user-friendly interface for a smoother experience.

b. Add New Button on Home

A new button has been added to the home screen, simplifying navigation and allowing quick access to essential functions.

c. Add Support Feature

Users can now directly access support within the mobile app, improving service availability and responsiveness.

d. Multiple Graph Report

Several new graphical reports have been introduced to provide real-time business insights:
