Introduction:

At Vaival Solutions, we are committed to continuously improving our ERP ecosystem to empower our clients across industries from manufacturing and trading to services, restaurants, and NGOs.
This month, we’ve introduced a series of enhancements to both our ERP Web App and Fiscal Analiz Mobile App, focusing on improved usability, reporting depth, performance, and data-driven insights.

ERP WEB APP

1. Sidebar and Navbar Updated

We’ve refreshed the sidebar and navigation bar for a cleaner and more intuitive experience. Users can now move between modules and reports more efficiently, improving overall navigation speed and accessibility.

2. Budget Projection Updated

The Budget Projection module now supports a responsive data view when editing or adding new projections. This ensures smoother data handling across devices and enhances real-time financial planning.

3. POS Module Enhancements

We’ve updated the POS module to correctly reflect the right impact when adding, editing, or deleting Tables, Floors, or Crusts managed on a company-wise basis. This guarantees accurate synchronization between POS data and overall company records.

4. Purchase Requisition Report

The Purchase Requisition Report has been upgraded to include an Excel export feature, enabling users to easily download and analyze requisition data offline.

5. Multi-Category Selection in Key Reports

We’ve added multi-category selection capabilities in several key reports Cost Margin Report (RMS), Daily Sale Report, and Category Wise Report along with their respective exports. This update gives users greater flexibility and accuracy in performance analysis.

6. Purchase Report Enhancements

A new filter for Transaction Type [All, Posted, Unposted] has been added to the Purchase Report. This allows users to generate more specific data sets and ensures accurate export results from reports.

7. New Reason Added “Unverified Items”

We’ve added a new “Unverified Items” reason within the COA Asset Inventory, which is now reflected across corresponding details and reports. This helps track and reconcile items awaiting verification more efficiently.

8. Graph Updates Across Multiple Reports

We’ve enhanced graphical insights across key reports like Cost Margin, Cost Margin (RMS), Receivable Analysis, Un-invoiced Receivable Reports, and Stock Register, making it easier for management to visualize trends and make informed decisions.

9. Multi-Tax Selection in Purchase Invoice (Multi-Currency)

Multi-tax selection functionality has been refined in the Purchase Invoice module, ensuring accurate calculation and reflection on both invoices and related expenses — even in multi-currency transactions.

FISCAL ANALIZ MOBILE APP

1. Sales Order Report

We’ve introduced multiple graphs, detailed customer lists, and comprehensive graphical insights for analyzing sales orders more effectively.

2. Purchase Order Report

The report now includes vendor detail lists, multi-graph analysis, and visual summaries for deeper purchase performance insights.

3. Sales Tax Register

New graphical dashboards and customer detail listings help visualize sales tax breakdowns clearly and efficiently.

4. Purchase Tax Register

This section now includes vendor detail lists, multiple graphs, and detailed visual analysis for purchase tax data.

5. Sales Cycle Report

Track your entire sales process with advanced analytics — including multiple graphs, detailed customer insights, and graphical summaries.

6. Purchase Cycle Report

Gain full visibility over the purchase process through enhanced graphs, vendor details, and complete graphical representations.

7. Notification Module

We’ve integrated Firebase notifications, added mobile notification saving, improved user deletion controls, and ensured missed notifications redirect users directly upon login — keeping all users informed in real-time.

8. Security Enhancements

This update strengthens URL protection, secures attachment uploads, and enhances local database encryption for safer data handling.

9. UI Improvements

We’ve refreshed the login page design, improved multi-company selection with an enhanced search interface, and updated the notification layout for a better user experience.
