ERP Web App Updates

1. Voucher Listing Print Option – A4 & A5
Users can now print voucher listings in both A4 and A5 formats. This allows for more flexibility in document handling and supports various operational documentation needs.

2. Sale / Purchase Order Report – Class Filter
You can now filter Sale and Purchase Order reports by Class, allowing users to segment data based on business units or departments and analyze operations with greater clarity.

3. Stock Register Report – Multi Site Selection
The Stock Register Report now supports multiple site selections. Users managing inventory across multiple locations can now generate consolidated or site-specific stock reports with ease.

4. Customer / General Ledger Reports – Multi Class Selection
We’ve introduced multi-class filtering for Customer and General Ledger Reports. This allows users to pull financial insights segmented across multiple classes, offering deeper visibility into customer activity and general accounts.

5. Subsidiary Ledger / Trial Reports – Multi Class Selection
The Subsidiary Ledger and Trial Reports now support multi-class selections, helping accountants and finance managers generate refined, class-wise reporting for audits and decision-making.

6. Remarks / Auto Barcode on Inventory Creation
While creating inventory items, users can now add remarks and auto-generate barcodes. This helps with detailed documentation and streamlines the barcode generation process for inventory tracking.

7. Add Revenue on Cycle Sale Invoice
We’ve added the ability to record revenue directly on Cycle Sale Invoices, simplifying revenue tracking and ensuring a more accurate reflection of income from recurring sales.
