ERP Web App

 

1. Cheque No in Import Transactions

 

Businesses can now record cheque numbers directly in import transactions, enabling better financial traceability and ensuring a clear audit trail.

 

2. Currency Icon Impact on Reports

 

Currency icons are now displayed across multiple reports including Stock Transfer, Stock Receive, Sale Invoice, Salary Sheet, Outward Gate Pass, and Inventory Reports. This ensures clarity in multi-currency environments and eliminates confusion.

 

3. Additional Information on Sale & Commercial Invoice

 

New details such as Last Updated, Last Approved, and sector-specific information are now available on sale and commercial invoices, improving visibility and approval workflows.

 

4. FBR Impact on Sale Invoice

 

For FBR-integrated companies, sales invoices now comply fully with FBR requirements, ensuring automated accuracy in tax reporting.

 

5. FBR Impact on Tax Rate

 

Tax rates are automatically adjusted as per FBR regulations, minimizing manual intervention and reducing compliance risks.

 

6. FBR Impact on Inventory & Customer Accounts

 

Inventory modules now include Sale Type, SRO Serial, and SRO Schedule, while customer accounts display FBR Registered or Unregistered status, strengthening compliance accuracy.

 

7. FBR Impact on Company Branches (Sites)

 

The ERP system now supports FBR compliance for multi-site businesses, ensuring each branch operates within regulatory frameworks.

 

8. Excel Import on Asset & Inventory

 

Excel import functionality has been upgraded for assets and inventory, allowing quicker and smoother uploads of large data sets.

 

9. Sale & Collection Reports

 

Enhanced Sale & Collection reports provide detailed insights into receivables and collections, enabling better cash flow management.

 

10. Inactive Sites Impacts on Reports

 

Inactive sites are now excluded from reports, giving businesses cleaner, more accurate insights.

 

 

Fiscal Analiz Mobile App

 

1. Security Screen Permission Check Box Fixed

 

The permission check box on the security screen is now fully functional, ensuring tighter access control.

 

2. Save Data from Live to Local List Alert

 

A notification now confirms when live data is saved to the local list, protecting against accidental data loss.

 

3. Live Data Async to Local Database on Home Screen

 

Home screen data now syncs faster with the local database, giving users up-to-date information instantly.

 

4. Clean Cache and Local Storage Option

 

Users can now clear cache and storage directly from the app, boosting performance and reliability.

 

5. Sales Order (Catalogue) Loading

 

Catalogue loading issues have been resolved, ensuring smooth access to sales orders.

 

6. Inactive COA Not Selected and Shows

 

Inactive Chart of Accounts items can no longer be selected, reducing data entry errors.

 

7. Business Analytics Graph Data Fetch Speed

 

Graphs in the Business Analytics section now load more quickly, enhancing the overall experience.

 

8. Quotation Detail Screen – Post and Un-post Button

 

The post/un-post function for quotations is now working seamlessly, improving control over document status.

 

9. Account Balances Item Loading

 

Account balances now load faster, making it easier to review financial positions.

 

10. Customer Detail Screen – Vendor Title Display

 

Vendor titles now appear correctly in the customer detail screen, improving clarity and accuracy of records.
