December 2025 ERP Development Updates – Vaival Solutions
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we share monthly ERP development updates with our clients. Below are the December 2025 updates for our ERP Web App and Fiscal Analiz Mobile App, designed to enhance control, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility.
ERP Web App Updates
1. Budget Projection by Class (Excel Export)
Users can now project budgets by class and export the data directly to Excel. This enhancement supports advanced budgeting, comparative analysis, and financial planning across departments or business segments.
2. Class Impact on Inventory Accounts and Reports
Inventory accounts and related reports now reflect class-wise impacts, enabling more accurate cost tracking, profitability analysis, and class-level inventory evaluation.
3. Searchable City Field in Customers
The customer master now includes a searchable city field, making customer filtering, reporting, and geographic analysis faster and more efficient.
4. Customer Type Added for Customer Accounts
A new Customer Type field has been introduced in customer accounts, allowing businesses to categorize customers and apply reporting and accounting logic accordingly.
5. Impact of Locations on Invoices
Invoices now reflect location-based impacts, improving multi-location accounting accuracy and ensuring correct reporting for branches, warehouses, or outlets.
6. Visibility of FBR Processed Pending Invoices
Invoices processed by FBR but previously pending due to time delays now automatically become visible in the system, ensuring smoother reconciliation and compliance tracking.
7. Control Account Impact on GL, SL, and Subsidiary Trial
Control account postings now accurately impact on General Ledger, Subsidiary Ledger and Subsidiary Trial Balance and this ensures consistency, audit accuracy, and stronger financial control.
8. Customer Type Impact on Un-Invoiced Receivables
Un-invoiced receivables now reflect customer type classification, enabling better receivable tracking and customer-wise financial analysis.
9. Closing Stock in Stock Register Report
The Stock Register report now includes closing stock balances, providing clearer inventory positions for period-end reviews and audits.
10. Net Quantity in Stock Adjustment
Stock adjustment entries now display net quantities, improving transparency and accuracy in inventory corrections.
11. Customer Type Impact in Sales Invoice Report
Sales invoice reports now incorporate customer type data, allowing management to analyze sales trends and revenue performance by customer category.
Fiscal Analiz Mobile App Updates
1. Production Module – Batch Production & Standard BOM / Recipe
The Production Module has been enhanced to support Batch-wise production and Standard Bill of Materials (BOM) / Recipe management and will this allow manufacturers and restaurants to better control production costs, quantities, and raw material consumption.
2. User Rights Add-on (Mobile App)
User rights management has been introduced on the mobile app, allowing administrators to add new users, edit existing users and delete users and ensures better access control and operational security.
3. Menu Rates Report
A new Menu Rates Report provides visibility into pricing structures, helping management review and update menu rates efficiently.
4. Gate Pass Adjustment Report (List & Detail Screens)
Gate Pass Adjustment Reports are now available with both list and detailed views, improving tracking of inventory movements and adjustments.
5. Purchase Requisition Report (List & Detail Screens)
Users can now view purchase requisitions in list and detailed formats, enhancing procurement visibility and approval workflows.
6. Stock Adjustment Report (List & Detail Screens)
Stock adjustment reporting is now available with comprehensive list and detail screens, supporting accurate inventory audits and controls.
