July 2025 ERP Development Updates – FBR Integration, Mobile App Enhancements & More
At Vaival Solutions, we continue to evolve our ERP platform to meet the growing needs of our clients across various sectors, including manufacturing, trading, services. In July, we introduced critical updates to both our ERP Web App and the Fiscal Analiz Mobile App, enhancing usability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
ERP Web App
1. FBR Digital Invoicing for Sales Tax Compliance
In response to Pakistan’s regulatory environment, we’ve integrated FBR Digital Invoicing into our ERP Web App. This ensures real-time invoice reporting to FBR, reducing the risk of human error and improving sales tax compliance. Businesses can now issue digitally verifiable invoices, helping streamline tax documentation and build trust with stakeholders. This feature facilitates smoother audits and improves data transparency. The integration allows businesses to stay compliant without interrupting their existing sales workflows, while also reducing time spent on manual submissions.
Fiscal Analiz Mobile App (Graphical Representation and UI Improvements)
1. Graphical Representation – Stock Register Reports
We’ve introduced graphical views for the Stock Register Report, including Stock Register Quantity visualizations. These enhancements help users quickly understand inventory levels and trends without going through rows of data. Managers can now make stock decisions faster with visually intuitive graphs, improving inventory control and planning accuracy.
2. Added Mapbox on Sale Order Preview Screen
The preview screen of the Sales Order now includes Mapbox integration, allowing users to instantly see customer or delivery locations within the app. This addition is especially useful for field teams and logistics managers who need real-time geo-visualization of orders.
3. Permissions for Location, Gallery, and Camera
A new security screen has been added, where users can manage and approve permissions related to location, gallery access, and camera use. This provides a more secure and controlled experience, especially for users uploading documents or capturing photos within the app.
4. Redesigned ‘Create New Sales Order’ Screen
We’ve streamlined the Create New Sales Order interface to make it faster and easier to enter information on the go. The design now supports better navigation and improved input validation for fewer errors during data entry.
5. Edit Item Tables & Added Classes/Unit Support
The Sales Order, Quotation, and Sales Order Catalogue screens now include editable item tables, allowing for quick adjustments and edits. We’ve also added support for product classes and units of measurement, improving data accuracy and categorization.
6. Remarks Section in Orders and Quotations
We’ve added a dedicated Remarks Section across Sales Orders, Quotations, and Sales Order Catalogues. Users can now add contextual notes, client-specific instructions, or internal remarks to each transaction, improving communication and traceability.
7. OTP Screen for Email Verification
To enhance security and user authentication, we’ve introduced an OTP screen to verify users via email. This step strengthens account security and ensures that only authorized personnel can access sensitive business data.
