June ERP Development Updates – Enhancing Financial Efficiency & Reporting
At Vaival Solutions, our commitment to innovation in ERP solutions continues. This month, we’ve introduced key updates across our ERP Web App and Fiscal Analiz Mobile App that significantly improve financial process automation, data entry, and reporting—especially through enhanced class-wise processing and visual reporting.
ERP Web App
1. Salary Sheet on the Basis of Classes
We’ve introduced the ability to generate salary sheets based on Classes, allowing HR and finance teams to manage and analyze payroll data by departments or units. This addition ensures accurate and structured financial reporting across business functions.
2. Update Cheque Printing & Processing to Next Level
The cheque printing and processing module has been elevated to the next level, improving alignment, formatting, and automation of printed cheques for smoother financial transactions and better bank compliance.
3. Multi Cheque Printing on Cheque Printing
We’ve added multi-cheque printing support, enabling users to print multiple cheques in one go. This feature reduces time spent on repetitive tasks and ensures batch consistency when handling bulk payments.
4. Import Cheque Number on Upload Transaction to Automate Processing
With this update, users can now import cheque numbers directly during transaction uploads, which automates payment processing and improves record accuracy in bank reconciliations and audit trails.
5. Daily POS Excel Import to Update Price Simultaneously
Users can now import Excel files into the POS system daily to update product prices simultaneously, helping businesses manage dynamic pricing quickly across multiple SKUs without manual effort.
Fiscal Analiz Mobile App
1. Sales Order Report
A new Sales Order Report gives users detailed insights into current sales orders with filters for customer, date, and order status—accessible through an improved visual interface.
2. Purchase Order Report
The Purchase Order Report allows for better tracking and management of vendor orders, now presented with clearer layouts and faster filtering options.
3. Outward Gate Pass Report
This report provides visibility into outward movement of goods, essential for tracking inventory leaving the premises—now with added graphical views for better tracking.
4. Purchase Cycle Report
Analyze every step of your purchase cycle using the updated mobile app. This report shows pending orders, received stock, and payment summaries through easy-to-understand visuals.
5. Cost Margin
We’ve introduced Cost Margin reporting, giving users the ability to compare cost vs. sale price to understand margins per item or category—supporting profitability analysis on the go.
6. Sales Report
Track your overall sales with intuitive filtering options and charts that make performance review easier than ever.
7. Purchase Report
This report helps monitor procurement trends and vendor performance with a clean and responsive UI.
8. Collection Report
Stay informed on your revenue collections with up-to-date figures and filterable views for customers, time periods, or sites.
9. Payment Report
Understand your outflows with the Payment Report, now optimized for better navigation and readability.
10. Purchase Tax Register
The Purchase Tax Register compiles tax information from purchase invoices in a well-organized format to help users with compliance and tax audits.
11. Sales Tax Register
View summarized or detailed sales tax information, now presented in a structured and graphically supported format for better readability and action planning.
