At Vaival Solutions, we continue to enhance our ERP Web App and Fiscal Analiz Mobile App to deliver smoother workflows, stronger reporting, and improved automation. This month, we’ve introduced several functional and analytical upgrades designed to support decision-making, streamline operations, and empower your teams. Below is the complete breakdown of enhancements made in November 2025.

ERP WEB APP

1) Purchase Report – Filter for Approved & Unapproved

A filter has been added to separate approved and unapproved purchase reports, enabling clearer visibility and improved auditing.

2) Multi-Tax on Purchase Invoice Updated

Enhancements ensure accurate tax handling where multiple taxes are applied within the same purchase invoice.

3) Bulk Account Code Update – Confirmation on Cost & Revenue Code

When updating account codes in bulk, the system now provides confirmation for cost and revenue codes, reducing errors and improving data accuracy.

4) Open DO Quantity Managed on DO Processing Against SO

The system now accurately manages remaining Delivery Order (DO) quantities during processing against Sales Orders (SO), improving order tracking.

5) Stock Audit – Closing Quantity Filter Added

A new filter enables users to view stock audits based on closing quantities for more precise stock reconciliation.

6) Stock Audit Details – Excel Export Added

Users can now export complete stock audit details to Excel for deeper analysis or record-keeping.

7) Stock Register – Bundle Listing Filter Updated

Enhancements improve bundle-level visibility in the stock register, making it easier to track bundled product movements.

8) Multi-Purchase Invoice – Bill / Order No. Added

Bill and order numbers are now included in multi-purchase invoices to streamline supplier referencing and document tracking.

9) Multi-Tax on Sales Invoice in Revenue Module Added

Sales invoices under the revenue module now support multiple tax structures, providing flexibility for diverse business requirements.

10) Payment Using Excel Import

A new feature allows users to upload payments directly via Excel, simplifying bulk payment posting and saving time.

The Fiscal Analiz Mobile App received extensive reporting upgrades this month. Most reports now include:
