At Vaival Solutions, we continuously strive to enhance our ERP ecosystem to deliver a more efficient, secure, and intelligent experience for our clients across various industries including manufacturing, trading, services & restaurants. This month’s updates focus on improving compliance, strengthening system controls, enhancing reporting capabilities, and introducing new features across both our ERP Web App and Fiscal Analiz Mobile App.

ERP Web App Updates

Compliance & Invoicing Enhancements

In this release, we have strengthened our compliance and invoicing capabilities to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. FBR invoice scenarios SN010 and SN022 have been successfully validated, ensuring smooth and compliant invoice processing. Additionally, the MRP price impact is now reflected within FBR invoices, providing more accurate financial tracking. Customers can now also be marked as End Consumers in FBR invoices, offering greater flexibility in handling different types of transactions.

Sales & Pricing Improvements

We have improved the sales module to provide better visibility and decision-making support. The top five pricing feature is now enabled on Sale Invoice and Multi Sale screens, allowing users to quickly reference and apply the most relevant pricing. Furthermore, sale reports have been enhanced to display detailed information based on transaction type, enabling businesses to analyze their sales data more effectively.

Security & User Management

Security and user control have been enhanced to ensure better system integrity. The system now automatically signs users out after 30 minutes of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access. Users are also now able to update their profile pictures directly within the ERP. Additionally, a rights-based button functionality has been implemented to ensure that system actions are only accessible to authorized users. Suspended companies will now automatically become inactive after a defined period, ensuring proper system governance and control.

Purchase & Inventory Controls

We have introduced stricter controls within the purchase and inventory modules to improve accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Purchase invoices are now restricted from exceeding the limits defined in purchase orders, while Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) cannot exceed the quantities specified in IGP or PO. OGP creation is also restricted in cases where stock becomes negative, ensuring inventory consistency. Additionally, a voucher copy feature has been added within the purchase module to simplify repetitive entries and improve efficiency.

Reporting & Data Management

To improve data handling and reporting efficiency, we have enhanced the dropdown search functionality across reports, making it faster and more user-friendly to locate required information. Import statements now allow users to update the second head, site, and class directly through Excel, streamlining bulk updates. The CI/CIR report view has also been improved to provide better clarity and readability for users.

Workflow & Tracking Enhancements

We have made important improvements to tracking and workflow visibility within the ERP. A Delivery Order reference has been added in the OGP listing to provide better tracking of outgoing goods. Additionally, the PO and SO log trail has been enhanced, ensuring complete traceability of all actions for audit and review purposes.

Fiscal Analiz Mobile App Updates

Payments

We have introduced a new Create Payee screen in the Fiscal Analiz Mobile App, simplifying the process of managing payments. This enhancement allows users to easily add and manage payee details directly from their mobile devices, improving convenience and accessibility.

Orders & Notes

The mobile app now provides improved visibility for Purchase and Sales Order notes. Users can now view relevant notes directly within the app, which enhances communication, clarity, and coordination between teams.

Production & Batch Management

We have also updated the batch of production class within the mobile app, allowing for better tracking and management of production processes. This improvement helps ensure that production activities are accurately recorded and monitored.
